Went a few times whilst on holiday for a week. Had a couple of visits just for drinks in the beer garden and ate once. Food and service was excellent, can't complain about anything. Also very dog friendly. Highly recommend
Excellent all round. Rooms are good and spacious , very welcoming host (Roger is a legend) and a 10-10 fry up in the morning. Perfect
Wonderful helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and a beautiful beer garden to enjoy good food of an evening. Stayed for 2 nights and both morning's breakfast were delicious and obviously made to order. Would definitely recommend the Clarence Inn .
Noteworthy pub for several reasons. Crowd consists of a healthy mix of locals and visitors, and staff are equally welcoming to all. Food menu is more diverse compared to most pubs. Toilets are consistently remarkably clean, which is a rarity for a pub in Wales and shows care for customer experience. Will certainly return on a future visit to Brecon.
Absolutely a diamond of a place. Great staff, amazing gammon and egg, best I've ever had. Amazing staff, they can't do enough for you also the owners are there for breakfast and it was stunning. I will be back over Christmas OK guys. . Fantastic place. Thank you
Whilst this pub doesn't have a great kerb appeal, it's really nice inside and has a lovely garden to the rear. Staff are great and has a nice atmosphere. Food and drink is very good. Would recommend.
